- Two ways to join: either online or by calling us toll-free at 1.866.857.9747, Option 1.
- At sign-up, members provide their business contact and billing information, including a valid credit or debit card.
- Members create a username and password to access their CLC Lodging Web account, which is created once enrollment is complete.
- Once enrolled, members have access to an online temporary voucher for immediate travel until their permanent CLC Lodging CheckINN Card arrives in the mail.

- Members go to their online CheckINN Card account to locate a participating hotel and to get their discounted member rate, or can call CLC Lodging.
- At check-in, members present their CLC Lodging CheckINN Card or temporary voucher, which can be downloaded and printed from the website.
- After check-out, the hotel confirms the member's stay with CLC Lodging. The member's credit card is billed the discounted member rate as shown on the member's online account.
- Members receive an e-mail invoice statement with the member rate for the stay, applicable taxes and a nightly $4.95 transaction fee.
