Welcome to the Landlord Direct Payment Plan homepage. This program, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, allows landlords housing qualified evacuees from hurricanes Katrina and Rita to receive timely rental payments. This program is administered by Corporate Lodging Consultants, a federal government contractor and the largest outsourced lodging services provider in North America.
