Q2

What kind of businesses qualify to become CheckINN Card members

Whether your company has 5 or 500 room nights a month, you can tap into CLC's purchasing power of more than 16.7 million room nights annually and member savings off hotels’ Lowest Published Rate.

Q3

How can my company become a CheckINN Card member?

It's simple! Complete the CheckINN Card Membership Form online. Or, call 1-866-369-4755 to speak directly to a representative from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday Central Time.

Q4

What kind of room rates do CheckINN Card members receive?

The deeply discounted hotel room rates let members save off hotels' Lowest Published Rates on their business travel. Member rates are available via the member's online account (online or mobile app) or by calling CLC Lodging. Members can view the hotel's Lowest Published Rate, the Member Rate and the savings associated with each stay. Members can also create a Total Charge Summary to see how much they will pay for a stay, including their member rates, taxes and nightly fees.

Q5

How can CLC Lodging offer such low rates?

CLC purchases more than 16.7 million room nights each year from hotels across North America. This purchasing leverage allows CLC to obtain significantly lower rates for business travel lodging than members can negotiate for themselves.

Q6

What hotels are available to CheckINN Card members?

CheckINN Card members have access to 25,000 hotels including our Expanded Network nationwide for business travel. Locations include leading mid-scale and economy hotel chains such as Best Western, Super 8 Motel, Extended Stay America, Motel 6, Holiday Inn, Ramada, Hampton Inn, Hyatt Place, Red Roof Inn, Howard Johnson and Days Inn, to name a few.

Q7

What does it cost to participate in the CheckINN Card program?

There is no fee to join the program. Members pay the CLC member rate displayed on the CLC Web or Mobile account plus taxes when staying at a participating hotel for business travel. Your member rate saves you off the hotel's Lowest Published Rate. All CLC fees are published via the Payment & Pricing Schedule upon login to a CLC Web account.

Q8

Are there any minimum usage requirements?

No. There is no inactivity fee for non-usage of the CLC Lodging program or individual CheckINN cards.

Q9

What is a Lowest Published Rate?

Lowest Published Rates are rates shown on hotel websites and other public sources that do not require advance purchases, pre-payment or organizational membership. Lowest Published Rates are updated via the CLC Web account at www.clclodging.com once a week.

Q10

Is a valid credit card required for enrollment?

Yes, a valid credit or debit card is required to enroll in CLC Lodging's CheckINN Card program. CLC Lodging works with all major payment cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover). The member's credit/debit card is not billed until CLC verifies a member's hotel stay. The CheckINN Card can be used for room and tax only. Any additional purchases at the hotel (phone calls, food, gift shop, etc.) are paid with a credit card by the traveler prior to checking out.

Q11

How soon can a CheckINN Card member begin to use the program?

Right away! CheckINN Card members can use the program immediately once they've enrolled by accessing their online account and choosing our cardless booking option. Members receive their permanent CheckINN Card(s) via mail 10-12 business days after enrollment.
