Hotel Support: How to check-in a CLC guest

Checking in a CLC guest through the hotel partner portal is quick and easy!

Upcoming Arrivals
If the guest made their reservation through CLC, you will see their information on your dashboard under Upcoming Arrivals. Just click the check-in option and follow the prompts. Guests with a cardless reservation (crewfax) will not present a CLC CheckINN card – their reservation is their authorization.

Walk-Ins
For guests who made their reservation directly with you, or who have walked-in to your hotel without a reservation – just enter the number on their CLC CheckINN Card to confirm eligibility. Then follow the prompts to complete the check-in.

Security Protocols
Please validate the identity of the traveler by inspecting a valid form of guest identification. To comply with security and privacy protocols, do not photocopy CLC Cards or any form of guest identification.

If a guest's CLC CheckINN Card is not approved or you have questions, please call CLC’s Traveler Support Center at 1-888-545-9391.
