Tell us about your Hotel brands and highlight what sets yours apart from other hotel brands.
We manage a variety of premium brands, all upper and mid-scale select service, and extended stay hotels all across the country. We have also expanded in the outdoor lodging space, managing resorts that can house RV's, vacation rentals, and several amenities including pools, water parks, and food and beverage services.
Last year, we successfully launched IHM Outdoors to reach travelers more interested in outdoor experiences as they travel.

How many hotels do you have in the United States?
We manage 95 properties in the United States, representing 20 different brands.
What can a guest checking into your hotel expect?
We strive to provide our guests with a clean and secure environment, the best amenities, up-to-date technology, premium security, and a friendly staff.
What changes have you made in order to keep up with security, technology, and other amenities in the industry?
We adhere to all brand standards and ensure we follow their policies and procedures regarding these items. It varies per brand and per property but our priorities are taking care of the guests and following brand initiatives to support that.
What do you like most about working with CLC?
We’ve had a successful partnership for a decade. The people we work with are really great, super responsive, and helpful whenever there are questions or issues that arise. I’m very happy with the communication and timeliness of responses.
What do you like most about our CLC guests?
CLC guests are pleasant, they know the outline of their program and how it works, which is helpful to our front desk staff if they are new or inexperienced with the program.
