With a name like Bar America you already have an idea of what to expect. With a retro jukebox, beer, pool (billiards) this bar offers old-school traditional appeal. With a passion for craft beer they even offer local San Antonio Texas craft beer. This business has been owned by 4 generations of the same family and the current owner keeps the tradition of his family alive of dealing with rude guests with a message “Long story short, enjoy your drink, follow the house rules, and leave your disrespect at the door or you may be asked not to return.” Their patio has a full bar so if you are interested in enjoying the night air while having a few drinks with your team or clients put this place on your list.

Described as a swanky speakeasy with self described hipster bartenders crafting each drink this place is a must if you are into getting away from the modern world a little bit. With rules of phone calls must be taken outside, you’re not allowed to ask for Cosmos, Long Island Ice Teas, or “so-called drinks” of this kind, only one brand of vodka, bartenders don’t take your order, they craft it, as well as don’t bring any guests you wouldn’t introduce to your mom. With their amazing crafted cocktails to cigar offerings this is a nice little escape for your team.
